WhatsApp intake

Sending a meeting to the practice's WhatsApp number.

Set-up

Intake over WhatsApp runs through a registered business number. The administrator records your mobile number against your advisor record; messages from other numbers are refused and nothing is stored.

Sending

Send a photograph, a document or a text message to the practice number. You receive a reply with the intake reference and, once extraction completes, a short summary of what was read. Drafting is not started automatically from WhatsApp; open the intake in the console, check the review form, and choose Draft RoA and FNA.

Replies

Replies go out from the number the message arrived on, so a practice with more than one number needs no extra configuration.
