Tallify documentation

What Tallify is, what it never does, and how this documentation is organised.

Tallify is practice intelligence for South African financial services providers. It runs on one server the practice controls (or one Tallify operates for that practice alone), and it does three jobs: it turns meeting notes into a Record of Advice and a financial needs analysis, it checks every client every day for cover gaps and fund movements, and it drafts client communications that wait for a named advisor's approval.

The three intelligences

What Tallify never does

How you reach it

The console is a web application at a private address such as https://console.<practice>.tallify.co.za/admin. It resolves only inside the practice's private network (Tailscale), so there is no public login page. Advisors can also send intake from their phones over Telegram or WhatsApp, and approve advice by replying to the email that carries the draft.

How this documentation is organised

Getting started covers sign-in and a tour of the console. Intake, Advice and Monitoring follow the life of a client file. Registers describes the data the practice keeps. Administration is for the person who runs the installation. Security and compliance explains the controls and points to the Security page.
