Holdings and policies
Investments and cover, and what depends on them.
Holdings
One row per client per fund: fund, units or value, product wrapper, and the date. Holdings are what the daily fund movement check reads, so a fund that is not on the price register cannot be monitored.
Policies
One row per policy: insurer, type (life, disability, severe illness, income protection and so on), sum assured, premium, and the lives covered. Policies are what the weekly cover review compares against need.
The product panel
The practice's approved products, with fact sheets in the vault. The drafter compares candidates from the panel when it writes the products-considered section.
Importing
Holdings and policies can be captured in the console or imported from an existing system's export. Tallify sits beside the practice's planning and administration tools rather than replacing them.
