The vault

The vault is a folder tree on the practice server: notes, source documents (fact sheets, price files, intake media), drafts, and the signed register documents. Everything in it is backed up twice a day.

Search

Search runs on the server and combines meaning-based matching (an embedding model that runs locally) with exact word matching, so "dread disease" finds "severe illness" and a policy number finds the policy. Results respect advisor scope.

Related records

From any client the console shows the connected records: household members, holdings, policies, advice versions and communications.
