Activity feed
The communications log in one place.
Activity lists every communication event, newest first: cover review briefings, fund notice drafts, client emails received, replies drafted, approvals, sends, rejections and archived items. Each row shows the kind, the client, the status, who acted and when.
Statuses
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| briefing / read | A cover review briefing, and whether it has been opened |
| drafted | Waiting for a person in Approvals |
| approved / sent | Approved by a named user; sent from the advice mailbox |
| rejected | Discarded by a named user |
| received | A client email logged from the mailbox |
As evidence
Together with the audit log, Activity is the record a compliance officer uses to show what was said to a client, by whom, and on whose approval.
