Telegram intake

Sending a meeting from your phone and getting the draft back.

Set-up

The administrator records your Telegram identity against your advisor record. Messages from any other account are ignored.

Sending

Send a note, a photograph or a document to the practice bot. You receive a short confirmation with the intake reference. The extraction runs, and because Telegram intake is treated as a "meeting just happened" signal, a Record of Advice and needs analysis draft starts automatically once the extraction completes.

What comes back

The draft is emailed to your registered advisor address as two Word documents, and a message on Telegram tells you the reference. The intake still needs its review form checked in the console before the client can be committed, and the draft waits in Approvals.

Approving from the chat

When someone approves and files the draft in the console, the bot posts a confirmation in your chat.
